Current Seniors
Henrico County Public Schools is now offering a secure site for students to order credentials that can be sent to many colleges and universities. In addition, third party vendors such as employment agencies and military branches may request credentials.
Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.

Current Underclassmen
Varina High School will use the Parchment Exchange credentialing system for transcript requests and sending. Students will be able to view their RANK & GPA at the end of this school year if they have followed the steps listed above. Once the account is set up, students are able to send transcripts.
